Who we are
Valleys Studio is a creative studio for churches and nonprofits. This app is the private portal where our clients review work, share files, message us, and manage billing. It is not a public social platform — accounts are created by our team for our clients.
What we collect
The minimum needed to work together: your name, email address, and church affiliation (to create your account); the messages, approvals, requests, and files you share with us through the portal; and basic technical records like sign-in timestamps. If you enable notifications, we store a push subscription for your device.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card or bank details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers — we only see that an invoice was paid. Stripe's handling of your data is described in their own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't use it for advertising. We don't track you across other apps or websites. There are no third-party analytics or ad networks in this app.
Where your data lives
Your data is stored with our infrastructure providers: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage) and Vercel (hosting). Access is restricted by per-account security rules — each client can only see its own projects, files, messages, and invoices.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your account and its data at any time — email us and we'll take care of it. Notifications are opt-in per device and can be turned off in your device settings.
